Creating a Workplace Risk Assessments
To upload a workplace risk assessment you will need to click on the risk assessment module from the site dashboard. You will then need to click workplace risk assessment and then click create risk assessment, as highlighted in the image below.
You will then need to fill in the screen below. Select a category for your risk assessment- for example machinery or noise. If you need to create a new category, select ***create new from the drop down and the form will generate a free text box to title your new category. You will then need to fill in the risk assessment title, you can assign it to specific staff member- if its general for the company select non staff specific and this will show on all your staff members staff dashboard.
You will then need to select the date, a review date and upload the specific file using the browse button. Don't forget to click save information.
