Viewing Staff Safety Observation

To view Staff Safety Observations that have been logged by your staff members, you will need to log onto the module via the site dashboard. 

The screen will automatically only show you observations with a status of 'in progress'. To view all of the observations you will need to click show all, as highlighted in the image below. 

To view an observation you will need to click view next to the relevant observation. This will open the form in full.

To edit a form you will need to click edit next to the relevant observation. If you make any changes you will need to scroll down to the bottom of the form and make sure you click save information. 

To archive an observation you will need to click on archive next to the relevant observation. This will produce a pop up stating 'are you sure you want to archive this item?' which you will need to click OK to. You can view these at any time using the show archived button at the top of the screen. 

To add actions you will need to click actions next to the relevant observation. To add an action click the add action button as highlighted in the image below. This will generate a blank action. 

To add in the action information you will need  edit/complete and fill in the information in the action box as shown below. 

Fill in the action requires, target date and if necessary you can assign the action to a staff member. Click to save information. When the action is completed click edit/complete again. This time you will need to fill in the completed by, action taken, date and then if necessary you can upload a supporting document using the browse button. Click to save information.
